TERMS - DEPOSIT - CANCELLATION

Terms:

• THREE - Night Minimum Stay for all Bookings

• Non-Smoking - as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the house.

• We regret we cannot accommodate pets.

• Children are welcome, however, children will require your strict supervision as we border Lake Ontario and the shoreline is elevated. 

• Group packages can be arranged. We would be happy to discuss wine tours, dinner reservations, spa treatments, bike rentals, Shaw theatre tickets, etc.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm (earlier check-in is possible when there are no same day check-outs.)
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Rental Deposit: 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation, either by VISA or MasterCard. Remaining balance (75% plus HST tax) is due one month prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: A $500 hold will be placed on the credit card upon arrival. The hold will be released in 3-5 business days if no damage or loss has occurred.

Cancellation: A $50.00 cancellation fee plus HST tax applies to all cancellations. If the reservation is cancelled less than one month prior to arrival, the deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to re-book.
